Right in the historic centre of picturesque Arequipa, Los Andes has rooms with free Wi-Fi only 30 metres from the main square. It's right next to the plaza. They have a big shared area. Bathrooms were clean. Good value for money.

The best accommodation in Colca Canyon! The owner is extremely friendly and welcoming upon my arrival. Because there weren’t many guests that night he let me choose the room by myself. I got an incredible mountain view room and it was super clean. The garden is well organized and beautiful, plenty of space you can relax and enjoy the day. At night, it is quiet and just about dark enough to see the starry sky. The next morning before I departed, the owner gave me clear directions back to Cabanaconde. And delicious meals btw! A lot of hikers just stopped here for lunch.

AQP Hostel Company ligger i Yanahuara og har en hage, fellesstue, terrasse og gratis WiFi over hele overnattingsstedet. Clean. New. Attention to detail. Helpful staff. Rooftop patio makes you go “woah”. Great price for all this.

Cabanaconde Backpackers - Plaza de Armas ligger i Cabanaconde, med Colcadalen bare 26 kilometer unna. Great little hostel, wifi only worked downstairs but it was a nice place for a night before the canyon. The staff is super friendly and the breakfast in the morning was great

Hostel Fuentes ligger i Arequipa, 15 minutters gange fra Umacollo stadion, og har en turskranke og gratis WiFi over hele overnattingsstedet. Great value for money, the double room was huge, and bed super comfortable! Hot showers. Simple kitchen with everything we needed to cook our own meals. Easy walk from the main square. The host was lovely and gave us tips on how to go to the Colca Canyon. Would stay again!
