Yerupaja Mountain Hostel ligger i Huaraz, med Rosas Pampa stadion bare 2 minutters gange unna. We loved staying here so much - excellent value, central location, comfy beds and hot showers! But the best thing about our stay l were the owners of the hotel, who were so wonderful and friendly, helped us when we were struggling with altitude sickness and really went above and beyond to make our time in Huaraz amazing. Thank you so much :)

Erik and his family were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. They made you feel like part of their family from the moment you arrived. The rooms are simple and comfortable and the property is on a quiet street. Breakfast is provided in the family kitchen and we had access to cooking facilities and the fridge. We went on an 8-day Huayuash trek with Erik and the whole experience was spectacular. Erik is a very able and knowledgeable guide. He is eager to share his understanding of the mountains, Peruvian history and politics and the rich culture of the country. The food he provides is delicious and his equipment and organizational skills are excellent.

Tony's House Eco Hostel tilbyr en hage, fellesstue, en terrasse og restaurant i Huaraz. Bare 2,4 kilometer fra Rosas Pampa stadion ligger dette vandrerhjemmet, som har en bar og grillutstyr. Carla, the hostel host, was amazing! She could always point us in the right direction when we had questions and was full of good advice for things to do in Huaraz and the surrounding areas. She even stayed up past midnight to let us in the first night when our bus was delayed 3 hours.

Extremely kind personnel, they always greet you with a smile! Laundry service was cheap and fast. Breakfast varied each day, it was a bit small but always really tasty. The hostel was well located. We were also allowed to use the kitchen and fridge. The beds were good and the shower always got hot, which was really nice after the hikes that often ended with rain. The hostel even provided breakfast on our first day when they let us check-in at 8 in the morning, after arriving by night bus!

Everything was clean and new, nothing felt grotty and dirty like some hostels. Room was spacious and comfortable and outside space was very relaxing. Staff were friendly and accommodated our vegan diet for breakfast.

Great place to stay and the family who runs the hostel is amazing. We were able to check in just after arriving by overnight bus, without an extra fee. Spacious room, hot water, good WiFi. The shared kitchen is upstairs and has nice views over the mountains. We were able to store our luggage for free after check out and could still use the kitchen and rooftop area. We forgot our laptop charger and they went out of their way to go to a courier to send it to our next destination (organizing it online didn’t work), which was so helpful and nice. Couldn’t recommend more to stay here.

Andes Hostel ligger i Huaraz i Ancash og har en fellesstue. Her bor du 7 minutters gange fra Rosas Pampa stadion. Everything was good, comfortable and clean beds they gave us a good breakfast, also help with the information of the tours, we felt at home thank a lot.
