The reception manager a lady who I forgot her name was A1 service and also very helpful and profesional. Special mention to Luis Montes Jara who helps with the maintenance but is a real profesional on the customer service side. My kudos to him and advise the management that they should invest on him. He really have a potential for the business

Perfect location, just two blocks south of the main pedestrian pathway that leads straight to the plaza. There’s not too much to see north of the plaza so being at the south end is perfect. Very hot water! Great Wi-Fi.
