Located in São Roque do Pico, Aires Hostel features a garden, shared lounge, terrace, and free WiFi throughout the property. Certain units at the property include a patio with a sea view. Really high spec hostel. Immaculate. Excellent facilities. With lots of nice touches, a herb garden, nice books, flowers in reception, there were two toilets in the dorm room. It’s been really well thought out and designed. João and the family really care and want guests to have the best stay. Being welcomed and cared for is such a lovely feeling.

The experience of one big happy family of travelers. Especially on my first solo trip I was welcomed with open arms, good suggestions for what to do and a very nice hostel dinner/breakfast

Cool old house with a lovely garden, outdoor seating, living room / lounge and kitchen. Sparkling clean, excellent location near the port and its taxi stand, restaurants. Not too far from one of the wine walks. Taxi from airport is 15 euros. Excellent communication from the management (all remote). Highly recommend!

This is an amazing place on pico Island. An old convent with several rooms. I like the area very much. Very friendly and helpful staff. I was lucky there was a local fado cincert in the convent while my stay. I was allowed to parc my bicycle insidethe convent The breakfast is simple and good 👍

This Azorean guest house is a 15-minute walk from the sea and features comfortable accommodation overlooking Faial and the Pico Mountain, the highest point in Portugal. Excellent breakfast, many options. Also loved the location and that there was a pool which my grandson used almost everyday. The apartment was clean and towels were changed everyday. Any issues were quickly dealt with.
