That's amazing place and hosts are really great. very kind and polite, cook tasty breakfasts, make evening parties. A lot of space to rest, or sit and talk with people, whatever you prefer. Jardim das Camelias is perfectly located in Madalena (many restaurants close by, walking distance) and we were lucky to get the room with mountain view so we woke up each morning seeing Pico. The kitchen was very well equipped, everything was very clean and the house was renovated in a very nice way. Checking in and out and communication with the owners were very smooth, they were also extremely helpful and friendly. Totally recommend Jardim das Camelias, 10/10!

Engenho Hostel menyediakan akomodasi tepi pantai di Lajes do Pico. Semua unit dilengkapi TV layar datar dengan saluran satelit, kulkas, mesin kopi, shower, pengering rambut, dan meja kerja. Very nice location, one of the best in Pico, in my opinion. Restaurants, shops, supermarkets. Plenty of parking spaces and a nice view over the ocean :) The house is very clean and equipped with the basics one might need. The communication was very good, at all times there was a phone number available. And the bonus: books! Books everywhere!! Loved this place so much!

There is no breakfast but they offer fresh pasties in the morning and coffee and tea. You have as well access to the shared kitchen and some tea and coffee facilities in the room. There is as well a shared fridge which you can keep your stuff in. Very nice and helpful hosts. Access to the place was by the code which is communicated to you before arrival.

Excellent breakfast, many options. Also loved the location and that there was a pool which my grandson used almost everyday. The apartment was clean and towels were changed everyday. Any issues were quickly dealt with.
