Very nice hotel. Good location. We were very well received. Very friendly and attentive owner. The communal areas (kitchen, lounge) are well kept and well equipped. The private double room is very nice and cosy. It was great to have a heating system as the air was quite damp. We stayed there in winter and we were mostly the only guests. Don't hesitate to come and visit Alexandra :)

Cool old house with a lovely garden, outdoor seating, living room / lounge and kitchen. Sparkling clean, excellent location near the port and its taxi stand, restaurants. Not too far from one of the wine walks. Taxi from airport is 15 euros. Excellent communication from the management (all remote). Highly recommend!

Engenho Hostel tilbyr overnatting nær stranden i Lajes do Pico. Rommene har satellitt-TV (flatskjerm), kjøleskap, kaffemaskin, dusj, hårføner og skrivebord. Very nice location, one of the best in Pico, in my opinion. Restaurants, shops, supermarkets. Plenty of parking spaces and a nice view over the ocean :) The house is very clean and equipped with the basics one might need. The communication was very good, at all times there was a phone number available. And the bonus: books! Books everywhere!! Loved this place so much!

Comfy insuite room also with good beds. Everything looked new and clean in the room. Very well located just by the town's harbor.

This is an amazing place on pico Island. An old convent with several rooms. I like the area very much. Very friendly and helpful staff. I was lucky there was a local fado cincert in the convent while my stay. I was allowed to parc my bicycle insidethe convent The breakfast is simple and good 👍

This Azorean guest house is a 15-minute walk from the sea and features comfortable accommodation overlooking Faial and the Pico Mountain, the highest point in Portugal. Excellent breakfast, many options. Also loved the location and that there was a pool which my grandson used almost everyday. The apartment was clean and towels were changed everyday. Any issues were quickly dealt with.
