The owner is such a lovely and very helpful man. I stayed for two nights and thoroughly enjoyed my time there. I highly recommend the guesthouse and would definitely stay there again. Pousada de Juventude da Serra da Estrela is inserted in the scenic area of Serra da Estrela Natural Park. The unit is just 10 km from the nearest ski resort. Fantastic location and rooms. Warm even though there was snow outside. Wonderful that we could bring our dog.
