The hostel itself is unique and beautiful, perfectly complementing the charm of Loriga village. There’s a very cozy living room and a spacious, fully equipped kitchen that’s great for cooking. I highly recommend staying here!

Pousada de Juventude da Serra da Estrela is inserted in the scenic area of Serra da Estrela Natural Park. The unit is just 10 km from the nearest ski resort. Spacious common area, clean toilet. Free upgraded to the private room with toilet attached. it's the closest hostel to the top of Serra da Estrella, and the bus stop is just right there. Staffs were great, breakfast included and it was big breakfast.
