The staff was exceptionally helpful. One of the ladies provided with an iron when I asked for, and she really tried to help.

Located in the centre of Stockholm’s Old Town, this hostel is 3 minutes’ walk from the Gamla Stan Metro Station. It features a communal, fully equipped kitchen, along with bright, fresh rooms. Paula was super nice and it was a wonderful welcome to Stockholm! The hostel is right in the center of Gamla Stan and it’s a 5 minute walk to any destination in old town. We stayed in a twin room and it was very cozy, and all of the common areas and bathrooms were well-kept. It was very clean and organized, and we never had to wait to use any facility. I absolutely loved this hostel and would definitely stay again if I were ever to return to Stockholm!

This hostel is housed in a refurbished 1800s prison building, on the central Stockholm island of Långholmen. Surrounded by greenery, it offers a restaurant, a shared kitchen and free Wi-Fi and... Very comfortable and centrally located hostel. We stayed for New Years and were beyond happy with the value for money. Always fun to stay accomodation that commits to a theme and Långholmen does it very well.

Located on Skeppsholmen Island in Stockholm, this STF hostel is a former navy barrack called Hantverkshuset. Moderna Museum and East Asia Museum within walking distance. Where to start... the view from my side of the hostel was exquisite, the room was spacious and well-equipped, all the shared facilities are plentiful and pleasant to use, the place is extremely well-organized and the staff friendly and professional. The very good onsite cafe is a huge bonus (a better option than the buffet breakfast, in my opinion).
