It It is a mixture between apartment and hostel. It would be usefull to have some sugar, salt, basic stuff in the kitchen for the first day when you arrive but probably most of the guests stay one or two nights so it is not essential for them.

Close to the lake for a night swim, our room had a lake view, close to the city center, beautiful area and very quiet !
