The staff is very friendly and helpfull, will help you with booking any tour or activity you need at Khao Sok. They were also very flexible when I needed to adjust my booking due to change of plans. Great communication. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable (best bed I had in a hostel for a while). As shown on the pictures. As for atmosphere: it´s quiet and not a party hostel if that is what you´re looking for. But I enjoyed the peacefullness and still met some lovely people there :). Location was also great: only a few minutes walking from the entrance of Khao Sok National Park. Would recommend! (29F, stayed in mixed dorm)

Closca Hostel is run by a lovely couple and is located in the local village, about 15 mins walk from the pier and the southern beach. It's quiet, super chilled and very clean. Everyone staying was lovely (age range was mid 20s to mid 30s, no drunken or disrespectful shenanigans thankfully), and I made really good friends. I'd love to come back.

Good location, near by the main pier and just a few steps to the beach. Quiet room, clean and comfy. Staff were lovely and nice cocktails bar downstairs if you are looking for one. All activities you need just head to the reception, and they can arrange everything!

The host that we called Mama is awesome, she was in every detail, smiling all the time and she was kinda one of us with the people in the room. She is lovely and the hostel has grandma house vibes, you feel like home. Room and beds were good, same with the toilet and showers.
