This is probably my favourite hostel I’ve ever stayed in. It’s really social in a gentle way. The staff were amazing and I really enjoyed meeting them. Everyone is so friendly, we went out for dinner and it was wonderful. The vibe is super cool from the owners decor and there’s a cute cat too. Other guests staying there were really friendly too. They have 3 bikes available for guests to borrow. Thanks for an awesome experience.

For example, this time there was a traveler who didn’t know how to get to Taichung, and since the traveler’s English was not very fluent, the owner spent quite a bit of time explaining the different ways to get there. Overall, the owner is very patient.

The owner owns and lives there. It is not another commercial space rented out to build hostel. In terms of facilities, the room and bathroom were clean. The stairs were not an issue for me. The owner is very nice and welcoming. Overall, my favorite stay in Taiwan.
