Nicest place we've stayed in Taiwan. It's so nicely decorated, comfy, the communal kitchen is out of this world, we loved it. Relaxing atmosphere, we decided to spend a few hours of the day reading in the library next to the kitchen.

It's a beautiful spot with an incredibly friendly and hopeful staff. The staff welcomed me helped me figure out fairy arrangements and restaurants nearby and they were always unfailingly friendly. My auntie room was small as expected but incredibly efficient and comfortable and modern and clean. There are so many different common areas to hang out in at this place.

Located in Donghe, less than 1 km from Qianqiao Beach, Dulan Tranquilo Hostel 台東都蘭晃輕鬆背包客棧 provides accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a shared lounge and a terrace. The staffs and the volunteers are very friendly! Highly recommended if you pay a visit to Dulan!

Located within 5.1 km of Taitung Night Market and 3.1 km of National Museum of Prehistory, Cong Sen Backpackers Hostel provides rooms in Taitung City. Very nice owner. He let me check in early. Very clean and comfortable. I departed early in the morning and he still made me breakfast-very nice! Even gave me fruit and an energy drink for my bike ride. Cheers!

Viihtyisä, siisti ja rauhallinen hostelli kaupungin keskustassa (5 min kävely bussiasemalta, 15 min kävely rantaan). Omistaja oli supermukava ja kertoi alueen parhaat vinkit. Varasin yhdeksi yöksi, lopulta olin kolme. Lämmin suositus tälle hostellille!

Luye Jamie's Guesthouse features a garden, shared lounge, a terrace and restaurant in Luye. The host and her helpers were really friendly and engaged every individual guest. They provided me with a lot of recommendations and guidance. Beakfast was amazing too.

Located in Chishang and within less than 1 km of Chishang Station, Gift Box Hostel features a shared lounge, non-smoking rooms, and free WiFi throughout the property. Lovely cats, and great atmosphere! One of the kind owners gave me some muscle cream after a day of cycling, was very grateful. The rooms were clean, amenities were all right and like that they have you donate to a charity for earplugs or other little extras. Overall, very pleased with this last minute booking.

Communal areas on 1F and 2F with lots of places to sit, eat and talk. Everything was very clean and comfortable. Water, tea, instant coffee and snacks available for free. Bedrooms and bathrooms were nice, clean and comfortable. Bikes available for free (I think!). More a place to go with friends rather than meet new friends. Nice, large kitchen, I think you can use to cook. Could leave bags pre check-in and post check-out. Great value for money. Owner spoke some English.
