Big kitchen to cook anything you like. Plenty of refrigerator space to put your bag of items. Anything you need to cook or bake. Lots of places to eat in the kitchen or out in the spacious courtyard. Clean water filter. Activities every day from yoga or painting. Comfy bunks. Well-kept bathroom/shower facility in your room. Towels, sheets and pillow provided. Decorative surroundings. Perfect walking distance to restaurants and 2 blocks to the beach. Fabulous owners/management. A real gem for sure and I've told friends about this place and nice for all ages. I'm 61. It was a pleasure to stay at ALOH. Mahalo.

Located in Pahoa, 1.1 km from Kaimu Beach, Open Gate Hostel Hawaii provides accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a shared lounge and a terrace. This place was sweet. We really enjoyed our stay. Comfortable, clean, good vibes. Well equipped and clean kitchen, important for us because we prefer to cook. Loved all the artwork and vibe of the place. The stars were incredible. Marissa, the manager, is wonderful and friendly, with lots of suggestions and advice on things to do. 100% would stay again!

Located on the southern coast of Honolulu Island, this hostel is one block from Kuhio Beach and the Honolulu Zoo. The Polynesian Hostel offers comfortable accommodations. Staff was awesome. It is clean, everything is really perfect.

We are located just a few minutes walk away from Waikiki Beach on the south shore of Oahu, Hawaii. This place is awesome. Perfect location. Free surfboard, snorkel, and beach stuff. Clean rooms. Nice kitchen. Great vibe. I just stayed one night in a shared 4-person room, but I would definitely stay again.

Attractively situated in the Waikiki district of Honolulu, Honu Waikiki by ALOH is situated less than 1 km from Kahanamoku Beach, a 6-minute walk from Hawaii Convention Center and less than 1 km from... This hostel has become our 'go to' accommodation for our annual winter trips from Canada to Australia/New Zealand. Honolulu is a perfect place to visit for a few days to break up the trip and the Honu Waikiki is centrally located, within easy walk to the beach, local shops and restaurants, and near to the airport bus route. The staff are always delightful, especially Imi at the desk. We appreciate access to beach towels, snorkelling gear, yoga mats, as we travel with carry on only. Looking forward to our return visit in February!

Situated in Honolulu and with Kuhio Beach reachable within 400 metres, The Beach Waikiki Boutique Hostel features a tour desk, non-smoking rooms, a shared lounge, free WiFi and a terrace. Very friendly stuff, easy to make new friends, so close to the beach and shops! The room was clean but also depends on how clean the people are that you share a bathroom with… we weren’t very lucky.

Situated in Hilo and within 200 metres of The Pacific Tsunami Museum, Howzit Hostels Hawaii has a shared lounge, non-smoking rooms, and free WiFi. The beds are just soo comfortable. Everything is always clean and the free breakfast yummy. The staff are super fun, friendly and efficient. The kitchen is well equipped. And my favourite part are the free tours to various places . It’s a fantastic way to see the island on a small budget.

Located in Wailuku, 4.7 km from Iao Valley State Park, Howzit Hostels provides accommodation with a garden, private parking, a shared lounge and a terrace. I really enjoyed the staff, they were so polite and helpful. The activities really brought people out of their shells and helped make a lot of friends.

Situated in Pahoa and with Lava Tree State Park reachable within 200 metres, Pahoa Village Hostel features express check-in and check-out, non-smoking rooms, a garden, free WiFi throughout the... I loved the price! Accomodation on big island is really expensive 🙈 however, even it was cheap this room was spacious, clean, and all we needed to rest. It's located next to some bar, so we heard music coming out from the street, but once we closed the windows it wasn't an issue at all. The neighbourhood is not the safast one, however, on the property have had 3 locks on the way getting into the room that made us feel secure. .
