The things I liked most about the hotel as a tourist are followings. 1. The hospitalities provided by the managers at the front desk. They really know what tourists need and respond right away for comfortable staying. For example, I have booked my reservation on September 25th and 27th separately due to my one-day trip to Portland ME on 26th. At that time, the manager suggested me to keep the luggage for a day since my baggage was over 50 pounds during the check-in. I was able to travel Portland ME much easily without carrying heavy stuffs and returned to the hotel on next day. I appreciate for understanding what tourist needs when traveling in Boston. 2. The room was cozy even if staying in a room with shared bunk of beds. You can feed separated when using a curtain attached on the bun and feel quiet for having a sleep. I was able to sleep without disturbance compared to other hostels I stayed. 3. The place to get to the North Station by 5 minutes’ walk. It is a reasonable place for a tourist who mostly uses public transportation.

Everything was really nice. The room and the shared bathrooms were clean. We had no problems with our check in and the accomodation is close to the center, just 3 stops away from South Station. If I'm back in Boston definitely staying here again.
