The owners are so friendly, helpful and welcoming and really care about their guest and hostel. The reception and cleaning staff were just as friendly and helpful. Such a great team! I went to reception with a query and it was resolved in seconds. The beds are comfortable with a privacy screen. 4 shared bathrooms per floor, I never had to wait to use a bathroom. The bathrooms are kept clean. Small sweet treats and coffee provided in the morning.

The room and the shared bathrooms were clean. We had no problems with our check in and the accomodation is close to the center, just 3 stops away from South Station. If I'm back in Boston definitely staying here again.
