The location was great - just a couple of minutes walk from Broadway, Times Square and Central Park, with loads of food options on the same block. The facilities were always clean and theres free tea and coffee which is nice. The staff were mostly kind, especially Siomara who was super welcoming and friendly. She was so sweet to give suggestions when asked and very helpful in general. She always greets you with a smile and goes out of her way to help if she can.

Next door from hotel were shops and Giftshops, also food market and restaurants. So, all of this was extremely practical and useful. It was clean in everywhere, like rastrooms and extra. I was there only for sleeping from evening to morning. There is good breakfasts and you can get you tee bottle in any time. There is kind servants. I mostly appreciated that one. Location was perfect for me, as I was visiting a friend who lives in Archcare health facility. It was less than a mile to reach his nursing home and an easy walk with convenience stores and restaurants along the way. Neighborhood is a little rougher than some other parts of Manhattan, but I never felt unsafe. Hostel was impeccably clean and the housekeeping staff were excellent. One even helped me get my suitcase down the stairs on checkout day!

I appreciated that our floor had three bathrooms, so there were no lines. The bathrooms were generally clean and unclogged quickly. The room was basic—just a bed, table, and chair. Sound carried easily, but the atmosphere was very calm.
