I was pleasantly surprised to find bunk beds based on double (almost king-sized) mattresses, plenty of space to stretch out and even keep my luggage beside me. For just a few extra dollars, the comfort and convenience are absolutely worth it. What really made my stay unforgettable, though, were the incredibly kind and welcoming hosts. Their warmth and hospitality turned an ordinary trip into one of my best hostel experiences ever. And let’s not forget the magical city itself: HOUSTON, TX! What more could you ask for? If you’re looking for a cozy, friendly, and unique place to stay, MyCrib Hostel is the way to go. Highly recommended!

Located in Austin's oldest standing fire station, this unique hostel offers conveniences such as free WiFi. The Texas Capitol Building is 0.5 miles away. I had an amazing time at Firehouse Hostel! The place was beautiful, and I had so much fun during my stay. The best part was meeting people from all over the world—it made the experience even more special. I would definitely stay here again without a doubt!

Haystack Hostel fica em Houston, a 14 km de Texas Southern University e a 14 km de NRG Stadium. The hostel was extremely dirty and poorly located. I had to complete the online check-in twice and never received any confirmation email or the door codes. There were cockroaches on the floor, and the overall cleanliness was unacceptable. The bed was uncomfortable and disgusting. Most of the guests looked like homeless people, and I genuinely felt unsafe during my stay. One positive note: the lady working there was helpful and opened my door in the middle of the night when it accidentally locked after I went to the bathroom. Other than that, it was a terrible experience. This place is not safe, not clean, and definitely not worth the price.
