The lady is very caring, I was out and entire day and she was very concerned about me, asking I'd I'm safe the whole time. I also had an issue with on of the residents and she assisted very quickly to ensure my safety and comfort. The rooms are always cleaned and kept neat. Like I mentioned the care from the owners is amazing.
