The apartment it is located in the heart of Dubai Marina in one of the highest residencial skyscraper. The apartment features are 3 spatious bedrooms very well furnished, stylishly decorated with the atention to the smallest details. The huge living room with open space fully equipped kitchen suitable even for the master chefs and its dinning area has enough space to bring your family together. Being on the 51st floor and having 2 big balconies you can admire the beautiful skyline of the city, the amazing man-made Marina Canal, the Palm island and the luxurious yachts parked on the sea right in front of the building. If you are lucky, in some days you will wake up above the clouds especilay in the foggy days.

If you will like to get some tan, the nearest beach Club called Barasti is only 5 min away or the JBR public beach only 12 min walking distance. If you choose to cook at home, there are plenty groceries shops and even Carrefour open 24/7 just right in front of the building. About the transportation you don't have to worry as you have easy access either to the metro station only 7 min, tram station only 2 min walk, 2 min to the highway and taxi you can find always available in front of the building.
