## The space Welcome to our home! This two-bedroom apartment is situated in Anantara Hotel Palm, North Residences, with Perfect Palm and Atlantis views! Fitted with brand-new furniture, the whole space is bright and airy, with breathtaking views that you can see from the balcony. The living room is spacious and has two sofas (one is a sofa bed) where you can comfortably relax and watch your favourite Netflix shows. There are two bedrooms, One with a king-size bed and another with two single beds. The beds are fitted with hotel-quality linens to ensure guests sleep comfortably. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you'll need to cook a delicious meal, such as an electric stove, an oven, and a microwave. All the bathrooms contain all the essentials you'll need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. This apartment is right by Anantara The Palm, sharing access to amenities like swimming pools, a gym, a lagoon, and the beach. The home is always professionally cleaned and strategically sanitized for your safety. Enjoy your stay! ## Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home and the building's shared facilities, such as the private beach, the gym and the swimming pool.

## The neighborhood Palm Jumeirah is a luxurious part of Dubai. The Anantara palm has recently opened Anantara World Resort, where you will be taken by boat and grab food in different restaurants on the island. It's a private island with Maldives sand and a pool. You will get 24/7 food service from the hotel, deliveries from outside restaurants, a 24/7 doctor on call, a clinic in the lobby, and a grocery shop in the lobby area. Besides the hotel restaurant, you will find different restaurants nearby, such as Atlantis Restaurant, which is 5 minutes drive away, and the Anatara Tower, which also offers other restaurants and bars (2 minutes drive). Many shops will be near you: Nakheel Mall is 10 minutes drive - a larger mall inside Palm Jumeirah. You will find a variety of shops from clothes, to jewellery, to skincare and restaurants. The pointe mall also has an open beach area with an Atlantis view. ## Getting around Our beautifully appointed residences are just a short 5 mins taxi ride to the main attractions of the Palm Jumeirah such as the Atlantis Resort and the Nakheel Mall, and around a 15 minutes drive to Downtown Dubai where there is the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall.
