This chic apartment for 4 is incredible. It is situated on the P2 level of the Boulevard Crescent Tower 2 in Downtown Dubai and has an amazing, sophisticated décor. The living room is elegantly adorned and furnished. It contains a navy-blue armchair and an L-shaped sofa with colorful cushions. Grey carpet, a stylish coffee table, and an HD 55" Smart TV with Netflix and Premium Cable are all included in the room. Due to its panoramic windows all around the room, which open to a private terrace furnished with a sofa set and a table and overlooking beautiful city views and greenery, the apartment is naturally well-lit. The dining space, which has a white rectangular table and four chairs, is located next to the living room. There are numerous wall decorations, plants, and works of art in the open space area, as well as a dedicated workspace with a desk and a chair to keep the business going. The apartment's kitchen is tastefully furnished with white counters and wooden cabinets. It has every piece of gear and gadget you could possibly need, including kitchen essentials, plates and silverware, blender, a dishwasher, freezer, a hot water kettle, a microwave, an oven, a refrigerator, a toaster, wine glasses, trash cans, and an Espresso machine, as well as a gas stove. There is a serving hatch from the kitchen to the living area.
