This dazzling studio apartment is located on the 24th floor of Botanica Tower, is spread over 43 sqm and has capacity for 3 people. The living area features a single sofa bed, a dining table with three chairs, a TV, and several wall arts, decorations, and paintings. The sleeping area has a double-sized bed dressed in fresh white linen and bedcovers, night table with lamp, as well as wardrobe with hangers. It is well-lit thanks to extensive glass door giving access to a private balcony furnished with a table and two chairs. The kitchen at the apartment is elegantly furnished with black cabinets and black countertops. It includes all equipment you might need during your stay such as cooking basics, dishes and silverware, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, refrigerator, stove, wine glasses, and more. The bathroom at the apartment has a bathtub, a toilet and a washbasin, and amenities such as hair dyer, cleaning products, hot water, and essentials like shampoo, soap, toilet paper, towels, and more. The apartment is equipped with safety equipment, such as carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher and smoke detectors. It also has WIFI and air conditioner throughout the space.
