Luxurious marina views, waterfront property high-rise apartment. Entire apartment is 219 Sq M or 2350 Sq Ft. We are one of the largest, most spacious Marina Front properties, guaranteed. 3 bedrooms: Master BR - 1 king + ensuite bathroom (shower and bath, 2 sinks). BR 2 - 1 queen with balcony. BR 3 - 2 single beds (can be joined into one large king). Shared bathroom for those 2 bedrooms, with bathtub. Spacious dining room area, living room area with TV. Full kitchen with all amenities - stove, dishwasher, fridge, toaster, blender, espresso machine. Fully stocked laundry room - washer, dryer, iron, steamer. Ask your host for: 1 Extra folding bed + 1 sofa bed 1 child cot + 1 child high chair + 1 baby potty, for kids under 3. Free. Cleaning service available, optional - for extra FEE during your stay. 2 balconies - city & marina views. Access to 3 pools - lap pool with loungers next to gym. Additional 2 building pools for adults with kids pool. In the heart of Marina Walk, with Marina Promenade directly downstairs with retail area (supermarkets - Spinneys, All Day, Grandiose, Carrefour), pharmacies, cafes, restaurants, gyms, nail salon, spas, art gallery, laundry and dry cleaning, skin clinic, tourist attraction bookings and drop off points for boat cruises, desert safaris etc) and private community access such as kids play area (sandbox, outdoor swings, slides, football (soft play area)). Marina Promenade is right downstairs, so it's a very lively area with people visiting from all over the world, and is close to the JBR beach, tourist attractions, retail therapy, cafes, restaurants, pharmacies, groceries, laundry and dry cleaning, kids parks - fun place for the entire family! We are 1.6 km to JBR beach, 1.4 km to Marina Mall, 2.7 km to Bluewaters Island, 7.1 km to Burj Al Arab, 6.4 km to Souk Madinat, 20 km to Dubai Mall - just some of the top tourist attractions at your doorstep. The Marina Walk is 7 km long, and we are at the hub of it. In fact, this property was built to cater to Marina Walk by the top developer in the country - so we are close proximity to all the public transportation (metro, tram, taxis, ride sharing, ebikes, scooters, and the amazing promenade of Marina walk for your feet!) and we are a high-rise apartment in an exclusive residential neighbourhood with all the amenities to fulfill your privacy needs.
