Amazing Stay! Great Staff.. Specially housekeeping staff including MR Chandan, Very helpful and sweet people.

I reached earlier than my check in time but the staff was super friendly and accommodating. They provided me early breakfast and also arranged a room for me super quickly. My sincere shout-out to Nikita in particular, she went out of her way to make my stay comfortable and making the arrangements super quick and easy. She definitely deserves a raise.

Good staff and and beautiful and clean rooms

The staff were amazing. Rodney, Abbas and Ms. Reine, the staff in the valet. The food is delicious. Over all it's excellent. We saw the rare bird but it's elusive.

In its category, it is above average. I got much better than I expected. Breakfast is ample choice and very tasty. The staff is very nice and helpful. It's a bit far from everything, but with public transport it can be solved. I unfortunately forgot the cleaning name of the room but he was very kind and helpful. Sorry if I'm misspelling it, but it was Itrik or something like that. The name of the receptionist was already much easier to remember, he was Samer and thank you very much for everything.

Excellent customer service from front service staff Ms Moe and Mr Sella. Even Riyad the room service staff was always there to make sure we had what we needed in the hotel room. Thumbs up. Thank you.

From the moment we entered the hotel, it was very pleasant. There were 2 guys at the reception, very polite guys. Unfortunately, I didn’t win anything in the “wheel of fortune”, but the idea itself is very interesting. everything in the room was clean and tidy. nothing superfluous, everything is restrained, but at the same time everything you need is there. Overall I liked it!

I had a great stay at this hotel. It’s clean, modern, and welcoming, with very friendly and helpful staff. The cleanliness is top-notch, and the free parking is a big advantage. However, there are a few things to note: the pool closes at 10 PM, which might be a bit early for some. If you have a car, the location is excellent—peaceful and far from noise and traffic, perfect for relaxation. On the other hand, if you don’t have a vehicle, the hotel is a bit isolated. There are no nearby grocery stores, except for a small shop at the gas station. Visiting the main monuments and events requires an average drive of around 30 km.

All the staff are fabulous, helpful, and kind, they always ask me if l need any help also in the restaurant their food is very delicious and well made, and the rooms are very neat.

For us the location of The Manor is excellent as was the staff. Fresh smelling towels and pristine bedsheets everyday was an addition.

The rooms, facilities and staff were exceptional.

It’s perfectly located opposite the metro station and next to Ibn Battuta shopping mall. If I get another chance to travel to Dubai, Avani Ibn Battuta Hotel will be my first choice. Hendrina From Namibia

I had a wonderful stay at Cheval Maison Expo Dubai. The service was outstanding from start to finish. The housekeeper was consistently thorough and attentive, ensuring the apartment was always spotless and well-maintained. The reception staff were incredibly professional, friendly, and always ready to assist with anything I needed. Their warm hospitality made me feel right at home. excellent food, clean rooms, very helpful staff, right next to the subway station and a shopping mall with a large number of shops and fast foods1, perfect swimming pool with jaccuzzi, the staff during dinner was very friendly!!

I like all the hotel mostly mr kamil that he took care of the stay , without him my stay would not be as amazing as it was i made a longer stay from how he make me feel like home and always anwering anytime for all my needs and questions
