Great location right next to the airport, clean and comfortable room, great buffer breakfast, kids room in the restaurant was a nice addition.

Property is extremely clean. I really felt the hygiene in everything my eyes watched.

One of the best hotels we've been so far. Adequately priced with good amenities. Large and clean rooms. Frequent buggies to the beach, kids club and splash zone. Friendly and helpful personnel. Good breakfast with decent in-room food service options. Complimentary mall transfers are a good addition for extra evening entertainment.

Perfect stay, staff really attentive. Food and drinks very well priced with a nice selection of Food on the menu. Rooms spotless! Lovely bathroom and really comfortable beds. Late check out 2pm upon request.

It’s perfectly located opposite the metro station and next to Ibn Battuta shopping mall. If I get another chance to travel to Dubai, Avani Ibn Battuta Hotel will be my first choice. Hendrina From Namibia

I had a wonderful stay at Cheval Maison Expo Dubai. The service was outstanding from start to finish. The housekeeper was consistently thorough and attentive, ensuring the apartment was always spotless and well-maintained. The reception staff were incredibly professional, friendly, and always ready to assist with anything I needed. Their warm hospitality made me feel right at home. I can highly recommend this property for anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and excellent service in Dubai.

Best location and staff on reception too

Perfect for families with kids. There were legos and duplos in our room for the kids to play with. Our kids loved the play area inside and both the Legoland parks. The breakfast was crowded but there was a good selection of food.

Everyone is polite and friendly, and the guys at the lobby open and close the door. Indian and African are nice, the housekeeping is nice and courteous, and the reception is more than perfect—Ahmed from Sudan was at the reception. Everything was perfect, I was worried a bit about that hotel as its Chinese only, but all are ok, I booked my next trip at same hotel already . the location near by metro but quite fare from middle of Dubai, for me that is ok

Excellent location between Dubai and Abudhabi. Staff were very friendly an helpful. The Toads Pub/ resturant was excellent! Safe parking onsite for the entirity of our trip.

I like all the hotel mostly mr kamil that he took care of the stay , without him my stay would not be as amazing as it was i made a longer stay from how he make me feel like home and always anwering anytime for all my needs and questions
