We do it in person for the day time check-ins, and self check-in for a night arrivals staying in touch with you by phone/WhatsApp. After the reservation is done, before and during your stay you can call, message in Booking , WhatsApp or sms us directly for any questions. We care a lot about cleaning of the apartment. Our cleaning team is well trained (by us) and do their best each time. We provide cleaning before your check-in (along with linens and towels). As we spend our time and attention to keep apartments clean, we are waiting the same respect from the guests. Smoking is allowed only at the balconies. Guests should respect the neighbors, as apartments are located in residential towers. Please keep in mind that apartments we manage are private apartments registered in Dubai Tourism Department.
