We guarantee you'll have a fantastic time inside your flat in addition to having fun outside. The welcoming ambience of our vacation house will make you feel at ease and relaxed! Rest peacefully in our studio apartment in Stadium Point. This apartment is more than enough for two people, such as couples. So, if you are not going outside for visits, this apartment will serve you the best. You can relax and enjoy some soothing views from your balcony. Unwind in the queen-sized beds with hotel-quality linens while watching tv. For your evening coffee, step down to your balcony and enjoy the sights of Golf Course Views! Also, for workaholics who need to get their tasks done as soon as possible(although you’re on vacation still), there’s a high-speed internet connection that works well. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you'll need during your stay at our apartments, including a built-in refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, serving plates, and more. Also, beat the heat in the summer by enjoying the outdoor pool. The other facilities that you can avail yourself of at our holiday homes are a well-equipped gym, sauna, and steam area.

Several restaurants, schools, nurseries, and supermarkets near Stadium Point are reachable within a 5-minute drive. Next to Dubai International Stadium within 5-minute walking distance. The Els Club is about a 7-minute drive. City Centre Me’aisem is about a 10-minute drive away. Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road and Hessa Street are reachable within 5 minutes. Dubai Cricket Stadium Bus Stop 2 is about a 3-minute walk away and is serviced by buses F34, F38 and J02. DMCC Metro Station is the nearest option to use Dubai Metro. One can get to it in about 16 minutes.
