Downtown Dubai is home to the towering Burj Khalifa skyscraper, with its observation deck, and the dancing Dubai Fountain, where crowds gather to watch music and light shows, as well as Dubai Mall and Dubai Opera. - Popular restaurants around the complex include: Beit Wared Restaurant, Micro by Pappa Roti, Tulum Restaurant, Operational Falafel, and Kohantei Japanese Wagyu Restaurant. - Supermarkets in the area include: AlMaya Supermarket, Zoom Supermarket, Spinneys, and Lily Supermarket. Residents can catch F14, X22 and F19A buses from these stations. These include the Financial Centre Station, Business Bay Metro Station and Burj Khalifa/ Dubai Mall Metro Stationaccessible within a 7 to 10-minute drive from the residence.
