Apartment on the fourth floor has a great view of the sea from balcony and window. You can see the gulf of Vlora from the terrace. It is near the sea, about 1km away. The paintings on the walls are original work from one of the owners, and are for sale. From the windows and balcony you can also see so many beautiful birds flying around.
We want to provide a comfortable and nice place for visitors, no matter the age. Orikum is a nice, quiet place great for a relaxing holiday and retreat from big cities with noises. We like offering this nice place to people who are interested in visiting Orikum. It is really a place worth visiting
The neighbourhood is a quiet place, near the beach. It is about two minutes away from the city centre.
