Situated on the 9'floor in a building of 11 levels the apartment is made of one room with a double bed and another room with bunk bed (large enaught for adults), a kitchen with the necessary dishes to cook. The livingroom is the particularity of the apartment with a view over the Adriatic sea where it's possible to have breakfast as you see the fishermen and boats sailing as well you can have a drink on the eavening as you see the sun hiding through the horizont. If you have a car, from the building you can reach other towns or cities like Berat (79 km) or Shkodra 84 km, Vlora 97 km and the capital, Tirana only 35 km away.

The neighbourhood is situated in one of the most frequented area of the city of Durres. There are bars, restaurants, shops and supermakets just a few meters around the building, and if you just want to have a walk or enjojy the sunset out of the apartment, you can reach the seaside promenade situated 30 meters away. I take the opportunity to suggest restaurants or cafes in the area, for example Mema House Restaurant distant only 250 m away with local traditional food, or if some one prefers fish seafood i would suggest budget restaurants like GARDEN only 50 m away or LA MEISON 150 m from the building. These are just some of dozens of restauranst around the building. For a coffy or a sweet down the building it is the famous Cialda Sweetshop.
