Our cottage is decorated in a minimalist style, here you can work without any issue (internet connection is fast), read (we have a lot of books) or hike in the surrounding mountains, discovering rural life in a small Armenian village. We can offer apéros with a view on the flat roof of the cottage or do gardening with us since we live in the same area. We are quite communicative and will provide you with tips for walks in or around Karashamb. We would also love to offer breakfast and meal services throughout your stay. The meals are prepared and delivered from a certified organic farm in neighboring Teghenik village.  The cottage is located in a peaceful Karashamb village, just 45 minutes from the capital Yerevan. When arriving or departing from Zove, we can arrange taxi services with trusted and friendly drivers. Accommodation includes one multipurpose couch that opens up to 150X190 bed, an extra folding bed, hot and cold water, private WC and shower cabin. Washing and cleaning appliances are available on demand. Free Wi-Fi and parking are provided.

Hi, my name is Karin, I was a girl from Yerevan who led a very active cultural life until I met Garegin from Gyumri, and together we decided to find our happiness closer to nature and chose the village of Karashamb in Kotayk! Or this amazing village found us first! Here we have been living for 7 years in a small Soviet-built house and have built another all-in-one house in our garden, using rough basalt stones that we inherited. We have put all our love and enthusiasm into this tiny house, which we bring to your attention, as we have built it for all our loved ones who would like to stay with us, including family and friends. We invite you to join us on this journey of life too. We are excited to meet new people, open-minded, like-minded and creative individuals who can bring new breath and ideas to this small and beautiful village. We have a long-term plan to help the village to regain interest in culture and the arts, to live a stable life full of interesting events, so that they never think of living well elsewhere. For you, Zove can be a good hideaway from everyday life and routine, and for us your very arrival in Karashamb means a lot. At Zove you will find everything you need for rest or refuge, remote work or just living. As we live nearby, we will help you whenever you need it, and when possible we can take short walks to the canyon, which is very close by, or to the riverbank.
