Located 10 minutes walk from Plaza de Mayo , Colon Theatre and Puerto Madero, BAires Boutique Rooms offer two spacious rooms with high ceiling recently fully renovated and refurnished with new comfortable beds i. The french style apartment has two new bathrooms with spacious showers available for private and shared All rooms have new air conditioners cold / hot and fans. They are very luminous and have a balcony with nice views. Featuring a magnificent top roof with barbeque area. Fast free Wi-Fi in all rooms. The famous 9 de Julio Avenue is 150m away. Common living room and a kitchen with a microwave and fridge is available. Complimentary coffee and tea service is provided around the clock. Guests are provided with a public transportation card to use on metro lines and bus lines around the city The price includes change of sheets and towels once a week. Most bus lines are accesible at AV. 9 de julio , only minutes away from the Apartment , all subways are 5 minutes walking distance, location couldn't be best . The famous Cafe Tortoni is only 7 minutes walking. Gallerias Pacifico 20 minutes , Av Florida 15 AMERICAN OR CONTINENTAL Breakfast available at a small extra cost
Hi! I'm new as a Host and have just open my fully recycled apartment with all new rooms and furniture. All I need now are guests! I am a sociable person and enjoy traveling. I am passionate about music, cinema and art. I live alone and I do not have pets. I am located in San Telmo, a very traditional area, and I’m just one block way from 9 de Julio. I like to share the different experiences and cultures brought by travellers or students from other destinations. As a Hostess I do not have age restrictions for my guests, I only ask that my home is treated with respected.
The apartment is located 150 m from 9 de Julio avenue ,only 20 minutes walking to the obelisco and the Colon Theatre. Puerto madero and San Telmo Plaza are only 25 minutes walking . Recoleta is only 15 minutes on the bus . Most bus lines are accesible at AV. 9 de julio , only minutes away from the Apartment , all subways are 5 minutes walking distance, location couldn't be best . The famous Cafe Tortoni is only 7 minutes walking. Gallerias Pacifico 20 minutes , Av Florida 15 minutes . There is a private parking with 24 hrs security across the Apartment
