We accept cash and bank transfers. Beautiful and bright new studio very well equipped and is very comfortable. It´s on the second floor overlooking Aguero St. and has a double glazing window system that reduces noise. Is ideal for a couple or one person. It has modern furniture. One sofa, a super comfortable double bed, one table and 4 chairs, a closet, big bathroom and a spacious balcony with garden furniture. The building has great facilities: two pools, jacuzzis (open during the summer season - November 15 until March 31), SUM, gym & laundry. The location is perfect! Located a few meters from the subway - Line D- and bus stops.
I am a journalist and I always had a passion for travel, especially exploring cultures and learning languages. I love meeting people and showing them how to live like a local! Learning new cultures and customs is the best way to live in a foreign country. Receiving guests, giving them advice and making their stay unforgettable is something I really enjoy.
Recoleta is one of the nicest and safest neighborhoods in the City of Buenos Aires. It differs from the other neighborhoods in the quality of its architecture and the aristocratic character of its residences, surrounded by splendid gardens and squares. At 20 meters there is one of the most important avenues (Av. Santa Fe) where you will find everything you are looking for: supermarkets, shops, banks, pharmacies, restaurants, etc. Very good access to public transport (buses and subway located a few meters away). The main attractions of the city are in the sorroundings.
