This modernly furnished holiday apartment for a maximum of 5 people is located on the first floor of a detached holiday home in Kirchdorf in Tirol, offers a fantastic view of the Wilder Kaiser and is ideal for families. Both in summer and winter, this apartment is a wonderful starting point to discover the Kitzbühel Alps and enjoy the cozy Austrian atmosphere. The holiday apartment offers a spacious living/dining room, an open modern fully equipped kitchen, 2 large bedrooms and 1 bathroom, balcony and storage room for skis and ski accessories. You can park directly in the on-site garage (for a fee). In winter you can ski, snowboard and cross-country ski in Kirchdorf and the surrounding area. The family ski area in Kirchdorf in the Kitzbühel Alps with a view of the Kaiser and 2 kilometers of slopes is particularly suitable for families with a practice area and slopes with guaranteed snow. From there it is just a few meters to the lift entrance to the St. Johann in Tirol - Oberndorf ski area with 42 kilometers of slopes and 8 lifts. The ski bus in Kirchdorf takes you to other ski areas in the region free of charge. In summer you can use the numerous hiking and mountain bike trails or even fly with a paraglider! In the immediate vicinity of the holiday apartment is the Kaiserquell wellness center with numerous wellness facilities. The surrounding towns such as St. Johann in Tirol, Kirchberg and the sophisticated Kitzbühel are also worth a visit! Numerous high-quality restaurants are within walking distance, such as the Jagdschlössl, the Kramerhof or the Gasthof Mitterjager. There are plenty of shopping opportunities for your daily needs right in town.
