The spacious living and dining area with modern kitchen offers guests comfort. The apartment offers a pull-out sofa, a flat screen TV, a fully equipped kitchen with high-quality appliances and a comfortable seating area, which can accommodate a total of 6 people. The kitchen is equipped with an induction cooker, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, filter and Nespresso coffee machine. The cozy balcony, with 2 seats and a small side table, can be reached either through the living and dining room or through one of the bedrooms. In general, the apartment house is equipped with a lift in the stairwell, its own ski and bicycle room and an e-charging station.
