A cozy apartment near the city center and Messe Graz. You can relax in the newly refurbished living areas or recharge on the balcony, offering a wide and magnificent view. Public parking is available on site, or you can park free of charge only 300m away from the apartment. Spend your time undisturbed, the entire place will be at your disposal.
Newly developed area, with two supermarkets within 50m, a large relaxation area with a fountain right in front of the building, next door to a stadium and 1km away from a large shopping mall. Public transportation is 150m away.
