Our City Apartments are centrally located in the city centre of the silver town of Schwaz. You can reach us easily by public transport, and the train station is also a 15-minute walk away. You can reach all the necessary shopping facilities on foot, the old town is just a few steps away and here you will find a variety of restaurants, cafes and shopping opportunities. Our accommodation is rented contactless. Arrival is via a key safe. Payment is made in advance by bank transfer or credit card direct to the Host. You will receive confirmation of the booking with payment instructions from us after booking. We would also like to point out that the City Apartments are located between offices and private flats. Night rest is from 22.00 hrs to 07.00 hrs. Parties are not allowed out of consideration for the other residents. Our prices do not include bed linen and towels. A starter pack is provided in the flat on arrival. This includes 1 dishwasher tab, 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 tea towel, 1 cloth and 1 bin liner. Parking spaces are only available to a limited extent and must be requested and reserved in advance. Parking costs EUR 7.00 per night. Alternatively, paid parking spaces can be found in the surrounding area. House rule: We ask you to leave your flat tidy, the dishes should be neatly put away in the cupboard and the fridge should be empty. The rubbish room is located in the basement. The rubbish is disposed of separately here. Thank you!

Thanks to the central location of the flats, you can reach the Schwaz city railway station and various bus stops in just a few minutes on foot. For daily shopping and occasional shopping tours, the Schwazer Stadtgalerien with its diverse business facilities offer the perfect spot. Bakeries and restaurants are within walking distance.
