Perfect location for our skiing holiday. Gondola just down the lane, past the cute little church, across the picturesque stream and through the snow covered park. Great warm up in the morning. A swoosh down in the evening. Spacious apartment with comfortable beds and all facilities provided for self catering. Picked up and dropped off at the train station by our welcoming and friendly hosts Monika and Franz. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to return.

Ferienhaus Niedermoser in Hütten offers spacious apartments with a kitchenette and a large balcony, a just a 5-minute walk from the Leogang Mountain Bike Park. In winter, the slopes of the Saalbach-Hinterglemm-Leogang Ski Area end right at the doorstep. The local ski lift, cross-country ski trails, a mountain bike park and sled run are all just 500 metres away. Ferienhaus Niedermoser has a ski storage room with a ski boot dryer. The large garden includes a summer house, barbecue area and a children's playground with a trampoline. A children's playroom is also available on the property. Restaurants and supermarkets can be reached on foot in 7 minutes and Leogang town centre is 4 km away. An outdoor swimming pool can be visited there. A mining museum is a 3-minute walk away. An ice skating rink can be visited in Saalfelden, 7.5 km away. Zell am See can be reached by car in 30 minutes. During summer, the LöwenAlpinKarte is included in all rates and entitles to free access to public pools, to the free use of cable cars and lifts and to discounts at local attractions.
