Apartments Maximillian is located 500 metres from the Messe Wien fairgrounds and the Prater amusement park and recreation area. The stylish, self-catering apartments all offer free Wi-Fi. Apartments Maximillian are located in a typical Viennese Jugendstil building. This is how the locals live! It's not fancy but one does feel at home and the proximity to 2 subway lines makes this the ideal spot to explore the city.

They will ensure your comfort during your stay, explain how Vienna apartments 'work' and assist you, should you need help while enjoying one of Vienna's Apartments.
The neighbourhood is called Stuwerviertel. It is the former red light district and has been gentrified in the last decade by 'bobos', pushing out streetwalkers. You will see a lot of new Penthouse construction. The most expensive district (1st) is next door and it was only a matter of time before the great location of this hood was noticed by the developers (sadly)
