BRIGHT AND AIR-CONDITIONED APARTMENT IMMEDIATELY AT SUBWAY STATION... The apartment is located directly at a subway station and is thus very conveniently located. To the central "Stephansplatz" it takes about 15 minutes. The location in the 7th lift floor guarantees brightness and distant views. Air conditioning guarantees pleasant coolness even on hot summer days. The flexible furniture in the two rooms allows optimized use depending on occupancy: - For occupancy of up to 4 persons, living area with couch and TV is available next to the sleeping areas. - For occupancy of up to 6 persons, if required - but not necessarily - the living area can also be extended during the day by simply folding up beds. Due to sufficient existing storage area this only takes a few minutes.

I am 66 years old, married, have three children, retired, and looking forward to being in contact with people from different countries and cultures through letting. Since I am travelling a lot myself, the apartment is rented out randomnly only when I am there. In general, check-in will be personally done by me as the host, to ensure guests the greatest possible support for their stay when needed. Among other things, this includes information on the use and costs of public transport, tips for sight-seeing and cultural enjoyment, rental of bicycles etc. etc. Even during the stay, I am happy to be available for support .

Right next to it also the shopping and leisure center at the "Westbahnhof". Immediately next to the apartment there is a supermarket "Lidl".
