Welcome to KarlundAnton! Each apartment at Karl & Anton was designed according to a different theme in cooperation with design.wien. They managed to resemble Vienna's history into extraordinary products of daily life. True to their motto "charming, sophisticated and with a pinch of Viennese blarney (wiener Schmäh)", they created unique living spaces. What unites all apartments at Karl & Anton: Vienna, of course! The designs were inspired by sights such as the magnificent Schönbrunn Palace or by important personalities such as Empress Sisi. All apartments are furnished with at least one bedroom, a living area, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious outdoor area (balcony or garden) and are also air-conditioned. Depending on the apartment, you are able to enjoy an outstanding view of the Old Danube from your balcony - it is perfect to end the day relaxed or to count small boats to sleep. Sports enthusiasts are able to enjoy the in-house gym, so that the sports program can easily be maintained, even during your stay in Vienna. The love of design is also visible in the high-quality Technogym fitness equipment, which not only looks elegant but is also state-of-the-art. We have also thought of the youngest of our guests; the outdoor in-house children's playground offers enough space to romp around and play. Wi-Fi is available free of charge in all areas.

Karl und Anton is located in the heart of the 22nd district. The location right on the water is breathtaking and invites you to go for a walk. In a few minutes you can also reach the subway, which takes you directly to the city center.
