The flat is centrally located, from here you can reach Graz city centre on foot in no time (~ 10 minutes). There is also a tram stop about 100m away from the flat. The Graz University of Technology is just around the corner from the flat, and there are also some insider tips for restaurants in the immediate vicinity, such as the "Pizzorante Salomoni" or the "Ristorante Corti".
