This listing is one private room in newly renovated apartment and decorated considering guests comfort and convenience with competitive prices. The location is very much in center and everything is easily accessible. When you are from different country and don’t know German then being in accessible and modern location helps, I know it because I have been through it. Please note this is not a hotel room but home sharing which equivalently comfortable and convenient. This is a duplex apartment and below two rooms are on rent. If you book you will be in one of room as seen in photos. The bathroom is and toilet are shared. I live on above floor in the same apartment. The entrance to the room is separate from the apartment. Which means there is no interfere with other rooms when you enter your room.

I do like traveling and this listing is room are made from some of my experiences. In many times on my travel I just looked for convenience, centre location , comfortable bed over the too much decoration which then increases the prices. This place is very well connected and on main metro line of Vienna. Apartment is 1 minute away from Metro station You can reach City Center in 7 minutes by Metro without change. ( Schwedenplatz , stephansplatz ) Also, 5 Minutes to Karlsplatz which also means close to Hofburg palace and Museum quartier (Museumsquartier). 12-15 Minutes away from Vienna International center by Metro without change. There is A tram goes directly Belvedere palace. Located on main Street hence all the shops, Medicals, eateries and bars are available in 5 minutes’ walk distance. Easy to arrive To/ from Airport. 1 Metro Stops away from ( Wien Hauptbahnhof ) Vienna’s Metro station. Or 8 Minutes straight walk.
