Property info

Walk in and relax in this peaceful 5 bed, 2 bath rural home. Easy care and plenty of room for 2 families to spend holidays together. This home is perfect! The yard is ideal for a game of cricket, while out the front the parents can relax in the lounges and enjoy the serenity. The peaceful backyard showcases sunsets, native birds and even the occasional kangaroo. Inside boasts a large living-dining area, a separate kids nook and a theatre room with projector, meaning there is lots of things to do and enjoy. Keep in mind that you are in the centre of the Dunsborough/Yallingup region so you will never get bored in or out of the home, with Petra Olive Grove a stones throw away and yet still a 5 minute drive to Yallingup and Dunsborough beaches. Please note there is no TV at this property. There is a projector with an HDMI cable that can attach to laptop computers. Wifi is available.

Yallingup has bred some of the world’s greatest surfers and you’ll soon see why with a visit to Yallingup Beach, Smiths Beach and Injidup. They’re awesome places to watch the surf (and the surfers!). The tranquil crystal clear lagoon at Yallingup Beach is lovely for snorkelling and swimming and one of the main Yallingup attractions. And a swim is especially deserved if you’ve explored a bit further along the pristine white sandy beach to the rugged cliffs or on the Cape to Cape Track. The landscape is so inspiring that an arts precinct, with more galleries than anywhere else in Your Margaret River Region, has developed just off Caves Road. The food and wine is fantastic and there’s plenty of variety with restaurants, premium wineries, cafes, pub or burger bar. Aboriginal for ‘place of caves’ but more commonly known as the ‘place as love’, Yallingup has a great range of places to stay. Choose from luxurious romantic resorts, lodges and private retreats with day spas to places that are great for family and friends with holiday parks, hotel and apartment style accommodation.
