Entering on the upper level, the living room opens straight to the balcony. Linen-clad sofas and neutral tones create a refined retreat to unwind with a book. There’s a wood fireplace to keep things cosy during winter, and central air-conditioning for summer. A TV caters to your evening entertainment, while a second living room downstairs allows for a separate kids’ play space. The long dining table encourages shared meals at home, with full-length glass windows framing a leafy backdrop. Cook up a feast in the contemporary kitchen, equipped with high-quality appliances and utensils. The coastal-inspired primary bedroom features a queen-sized bed. Ceiling fans keep things comfortable, while there’s plenty of storage space for your belongings. The second and third bedrooms have also been beautifully appointed with queen-sized beds. On the lower level, a family-friendly living area comes with two sets of bunk beds, comprising a double on the bottom and a single above. Refresh within the modern main bathroom upstairs, which features both a bathtub and shower, along with a separate toilet. Downstairs, a powder room and full laundry add to your everyday convenience. Parking is provided on the driveway.

The blissful beachside suburb of MacMasters Beach sits roughly a 90-minute drive north of Sydney and 15 minutes from the vibrant coastal neighbourhood of Avoca. It’s home to a picturesque beach, popular for swimming and surfing, and a stunning ocean pool. Start the day with a coffee from Macs Beach Café before hitting the surf. Close by, the village of Avoca is dotted with cafes and fashion boutiques, including one of Australia’s largest collections of vintage pieces at ABA Antiques. Visit the monthly Avoca Beachside Markets and grab brunch at trendy eateries including Becker & Co. and Like Minds. Stretch your legs on scenic walking trails and bike paths, taking in panoramic views from The Skillion.
