Our names are Gavin and Kim- your hosts. We have owned and operated 1770 Beach Accommodation for 12 years. Our small boutique holiday management business consists of a wide range of property including beach condos, cottages, modern apartments, penthouses, beach houses and Bay shacks. We include a good range of pet friendly property and others where you can park a boat. The selection of property offers something to suite everyone - families, executive stays, fisherman, larger groups, singles, couples, honeymooners, overnight, short term or longer stays, all are welcome. We are more than happy to share the secrets of forty years of family holidays to the area. Our Business strives to promote a personalized friendly service to visitors. Please feel free to have a chat if you need assistance with any information of where to go and things to see. If you are traveling to Agnes Water by Greyhound bus, please remember to call us the day before if you need a lift from the bus station to your property, we will pick you up for free.
