We love walking around the city, participating in the many events that the city has to offer. Love the concerts & sporting events the city has the offer. A stroll along the Riverside drive, Elizabeth Quay and the beautiful Kings Park.

Property information

We are custom designed Apartments, we have 15 One Bedroom Apartment & 10 Two Bedroom Apartments. Our Apartments are on Levels 1 to 5, with the Office & Parking available on the Ground Floor and a guest Gym on the 6th Floor. We have lift access to all floors. We are a smoke free venue, smoking is prohibited on site.

Neighbourhood information

We are centrally located with an easy walking distance to the Optus Stadium & WACA. There are restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, post office and other retail stores all with walking distance. We are also only a few minutes walk from the free CAT buses.

Please note that Baileys Serviced Apartments is a non-smoking building. Smoking is not permitted on balconies.

Your room will be serviced every Tuesday and Friday unless your arrival day is prior and excluding Public Holidays.

Please note the property provides a weekly service. You can request daily housekeeping service at an extra charge.

Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Guests will be required to give a AUD 300 credit card pre-authorisation upon check in to cover any incidental charges.

Please note that there is a 3% charge when you pay with an American Express credit card. If you want to change the card you used when booking, please do so within 7 days prior to arrival by contacting the property using the contact details found on the booking confirmation (Please note this does not apply to the advance purchase rate). A different card can not be used upon check-in.

You must show a valid credit card upon check in. This credit card must be the same card used for payment and must be in the same name as the guest's name on the booking confirmation. Matching photo ID is also required.

Please note that if making payment by debit card or EFTPOS an AUD 300 pre-authorisation will be charged upon check in to cover any incidental charges. Cash is not an acceptable form of payment at this property, except for the bond.

Please note the release of the pre-authorisation may take between 5-7 working days to appear back in your account after check out.

You are welcome to store any luggage or park a vehicle until your apartment is ready. Parking for additional cars is charged at AUD 20 per car, per night.
