Enjoying a covetable position just footsteps from the bay, this waterside home encompasses relaxed coastal living on the Bellarine Peninsula. It’s nestled on a quiet street, opposite the Clifton Springs Foreshore Reserve, with a leafy front yard creating an inviting arrival. As you enter the home you’ll find yourself within the light-filled open-plan living and dining area. There’s plush sofa seating where guests can relax with books or board games, and an equally bright dining room seating eight and comes with a wall-mounted TV. Through to the kitchen, there’s everything you’ll need to cook up a feast, including an oven, stove, microwave and dishwasher for easy clean-up. The kitchen leads to an internal laundry and out to the leafy backyard. Dine alfresco beneath the pergola, making use of the BBQ and the day’s fresh catch. The grassed yard offers plenty of space for kids to play. Upstairs, gather in the spacious rumpus room capturing bay views. This is the main TV room where the family can catch up on their favourite show. There is one bedroom on this level with two king single beds. Back downstairs, you'll find the three other bedrooms—two with queen-sized beds and one with a double bed. The primary bedroom comes with an ensuite bathroom, with a shower, toilet and basin. All of the bedrooms are thoughtfully styled with side tables, reading lights and charming artwork. The main bathroom has been beautifully renovated with a double vanity and has a separate toilet, creating convenience for those in a group. Parking is available on the driveway.

The tranquil coastal town of Clifton Springs lies on the Bellarine Peninsula, a 30-minute drive from Geelong. It’s home to sandy bay beach and scenic walking trails along the coastline. This is a central base for those wanting to immerse themselves in the region’s acclaimed wineries and charming seaside villages. Don’t miss Flying Brick Cider House and Oakdene Vineyards Cellar Door or feasting on the daily catch at Queenscliff and Portarlington. Get out on the water swimming, kayaking or canoeing and if you’re travelling with the kids, be sure to visit Victoria’s biggest water park, Adventure Park Geelong. While there’s a handful of shops in Clifton Springs, you’ll find major supermarkets and cafes in neighbouring Drysdale.
