A grand formal living area with a Jotul fireplace is the perfect place to cosy up in the cooler months, while a second living area connected to the kitchen offers a plush leather couch and flat screen TV for family movie nights. A third living space with TV, reading nook and boardgames is the perfect teen hangout or kids' room—there is also the capability to set up a Koala fold out queen sofa and single bed at an additional cost. The well-equipped kitchen features timber cabinets and a teal-tiled splashback. Easily cater for family gatherings with all the essentials including a full-sized fridge and freezer, stove oven, toaster, Nespresso machine, dishwasher and Soda Stream machine. The formal dining room seats eight guests comfortably, with an additional four stools available at the kitchen bench. A converted double garage serves as a games room offering a tennis table, pool table, and other activities to keep the kids busy. An additional toilet and well-equipped laundry are located at the rear of the games room. EV charging is available for an additional daily fee. Outside guests will find a BBQ as well as outdoor seating on the expansive back verandah overlooking the scenic views that surround the property. Gather around the beautiful fire pit constructed from sandstone and crushed granite, sipping on some Mudgee wine and enjoying the beautiful sun as it sets across the sprawling hills.
