How is the property laid out? Black Wattle is a two-storey home with three good-sized bedrooms, two decks, and a rear courtyard. The home has a split-level living and dining area, a well-equipped kitchen, and a laundry, two bathrooms and parking for two cars. It is ideal for weekends away or longer stays, and combines practical seaside holiday living with the comforts of home. The bedrooms are configured as one queen room downstairs, and one queen room plus a double room upstairs.

Jervis Bay is a large, pristine bay located 3 hours south of Sydney.  It has crystal clear waters all year round and is famous for its stunning beaches, including Hyam Beach, which claims to have the whitest sand in the world!  Currarong, in the north, is a lovely mid-century holiday village with breathtaking headland walks, safe beaches and rock pools.  In the south, you can visit the popular towns of Huskisson, Vincentia and Hyams Beach, or take a drive through Booderee National Park, arguably one of the prettiest parks in Australia!
